Credit Business Operations and Strategy Manager

Remote - SF Preferred

We are looking for a self-starter who can solve ambiguous problems, has a penchant for breaking down problems into solvable pieces, can see a project through to full operational execution, and has a knack for creating and delivering engaging presentations.  The ideal candidate will be able to simultaneously own multiple workstreams and be comfortable with getting into minutiae, but also be able to see the big picture.  

Your role will encompass leading highly visible projects impacting growth, strategy, risk, operations, workflow, process and systems.  You will own metrics for the Credit team, have autonomy when leading your own projects, and be constantly looking around corners to surface ideas on new opportunities.  In these projects you will work cross functionally with colleagues in Product, Finance, Marketing, Underwriting, Sales and Loan Ops, and will strive to automate and achieve efficiencies for the team.

  • Detail-oriented - things don’t slip through the cracks

  • A quick learner
 and naturally curious - you may not always know what the problem is, but you like to search out for the right questions to ask and how to solve
  • Background in management consulting, finance, startups or business operations/strategy
  • Track record of executing on short- and long-term projects
  • Understand and have tracked metrics or KPIsProficient in Excel and Powerpoint or Google Slides

  • Able to create hefty Excel models
You like juggling a few projects at a time

  • Good at leading meetings and presenting
, have track record of presenting to stakeholders or clients
  • Like to do a little bit of everything
Good at putting out fires Salesforce proficiency or willingness to learnLooker proficiency or willingness to learn
  • MBA or advanced degree (nice to have, not required) and 4+ years of work experience
