As our Credit & Equity business units scale, we are looking for a Product Manager to define and execute a technology roadmap that helps our business units to scale, strengthens our underlying data platform and offers an excellent experience to entrepreneurs.

  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders on our business teams, external service providers, and internal and external development teams to prioritize business needs, translate needs into actionable requirements and lead the development plan
  • Define and oversee the data integrations across multiple applications, including Salesforce, loan management systems and Helio  
  • Identify opportunities for our business units to grow by better utilizing Helio, while developing feedback loops for business application data to integrate with Helio and improve its predictive power
  • Address inefficiencies in business processes that can be solved with technology
  • Provide efficient and professional grade documentation to communicate designs and specifications effectively to engineers, whether internal engineers or contracted developers
  • Own the customer experience of entrepreneurs that we work with


  • You have at least 2 years experience as a Product Manager and have demonstrated end to end ownership of a product
  • You are passionate about systems integrations and driving efficiency through technology
  • You get excited to solve problems with data and to bring a data-driven revolution to the private markets
  • You are a proactive self-starter with a bias toward action and the courage to overcome meaningful obstacles
  • You are comfortable working with data products and are proficient in SQL
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
