Growth Marketing Manager, Credit

Our Credit team is a key business unit that leverages the power of Helio.  The Credit team provides affordable and flexible loans to help high growth consumer brands grow.  You will be building the tools, processes and analyses to drive sound decision making throughout our program and specifically designing and owning the customer acquisition process for our loans business.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a track record of strong performance and the tools to maintain program health.  The position requires an entrepreneurial and team-oriented mindset, ready to build something new. Location: San Francisco, CA 


  • Develop and lead go-to-market strategies that leverage Helio, our technology platform, to identify and nurture promising leads for our credit business. 
  • Optimize borrower engagement funnel, including segmentation, first-time user experiences, retention, cross-sell and re-engagement
  • Create and iterate on marketing campaigns and transactional emails for borrower outreach
  • Define messaging and voice that is consistent across all channels including events, collateral, digital and sales related functions
  • Lead and build out marketing activities that maintain a deep level of trust with our customers

  • Extremely resourceful self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively
  • Direct experience with customer research, segmenting attractive customers / crafting go to market strategies, and balancing trade offs based on customer acquisition costs
  • Analytical, performance marketing based experience.  Account based marketing exposure a plus
  • Ability to craft clear and articulate communication, both written and visual
  • Strong quantitative skills, including experience with designing, implementing, and measuring marketing tests
  • 4+ years of experience with a proven track record of user growth
  • SQL skills preferred but not required
  • High on integrity, grit, growth mindset, and compassion
