CircleUp’s primary asset is our people. We are looking for our first Talent Associate to lead recruiting and retention at CircleUp. Working closely with team leads, you will be an integral partner in growing and scaling our talent across the organization. You will be a conduit of company culture and help drive positive morale. You should love taking proactive initiative, juggling multiple tasks, and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing, building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and managing the offer process
  • Understand the tech market and come up with creative ways to engage with A+ talent
  • Be a strategic partner to the hiring managers by providing compensation advice, market insights, and develop strategies to attract the best talent
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates across multiple open opportunities
  • Work with our hiring managers to ensure an excellent onboarding experience
  • Act as brand ambassador when representing CircleUp’s mission and vision
  • Help drive a high performing, high growth mindset that focuses on personal development and career growth. Work closely with managers to foster career progression and professional growth throughout the organization
  • Champion our company’s values through team building programs & events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience; experience in engineering and product hiring required with proven track record of success in hitting high volume recruiting goals
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with diverse talent
  • Ability to qualify a candidate for technical chops as well as soft skills
  • Demonstrated ability to follow process while being able to insert creative strategies
  • Extraordinary organizational skills, encompassing an extremely high attention to detail, a strong ownership-ethic and intense focus on accuracy and accountability
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to connect with diverse talent
